Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, purchasing travel planning services, or participating in a trip organized by Dream Travels With Li, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Throughout this document, "Dream Travels With Li," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Dream Travels With Li. "Traveler," "guest," "client," and "you" refer to the individual making the booking and anyone included in that booking.

1. Our Services

Dream Travels With Li specializes in personalized travel planning and hosted group travel experiences.

Our services may include:

Custom trip planning
Group travel experiences
Hotel and resort bookings
Tours and excursions
Transportation arrangements
Cruise bookings
Vacation package planning
Destination recommendations
Travel support before departure

Dream Travels With Li acts as an independent travel advisor and coordinates travel services through third-party travel suppliers including hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and destination partners.

2. Booking Confirmation

A reservation is not confirmed until:

Any required planning fee or deposit has been paid.

Required traveler information has been submitted.

You receive written confirmation from Dream Travels With Li.

Prices and availability are not guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed.

3. Travel Planning Fees

Custom travel planning requires research, coordination, and itinerary development.

Travel planning fees are:

Non-refundable

Charged before planning begins

Separate from the cost of your vacation

Not applied toward your travel balance

These fees compensate Dream Travels With Li for the time spent researching and designing your travel experience.

4. Deposits & Payments

Each trip requires a deposit amount listed on its booking page.

Unless otherwise stated:

Deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided.
Final payment is generally due 45 days before departure.
Reservations that remain unpaid after the final payment deadline may be canceled without notice.

Late payments may result in cancellation by the travel supplier and loss of previously paid funds.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the destination, supplier, cruise line, hotel, airline, or tour operator.

Unless otherwise stated:

Planning fees are non-refundable.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility after deposit depends on supplier policies.

No refunds will be issued for missed flights, unused hotel nights, missed excursions, late arrivals, or early departures.

Once travel has begun, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your itinerary.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the destination, supplier, cruise line, hotel, airline, or tour operator.

Unless otherwise stated:

Planning fees are non-refundable.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility after deposit depends on supplier policies.

6. Changes to Your Reservation

Changes requested after booking may be subject to:

Supplier change fees
Fare differences
Administrative fees
Availability restrictions

Not all requested changes can be accommodated.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveler.

Coverage should include:

Trip cancellation
Trip interruption
Medical expenses
Emergency evacuation
Lost or delayed baggage

Dream Travels With Li is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a traveler choosing not to purchase travel insurance.

Certain group trips may require proof of travel insurance before departure.

8. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they have:

A valid passport
Required visas
Vaccinations
Entry documentation
Any other government-required travel documents

Failure to obtain proper documentation does not qualify for a refund.

9. Traveler Responsibilities

Each traveler is responsible for:

Reviewing all travel documents.
Confirming names exactly match government-issued identification.
Arriving at airports, hotels, and meeting points on time.
Following local laws and regulations.
Respecting fellow travelers and local communities.

Dream Travels With Li reserves the right to remove any traveler from a hosted group trip whose behavior creates safety concerns or significantly disrupts the experience of others. Any additional expenses resulting from such removal are the traveler's responsibility.

10. Supplier Responsibility

Dream Travels With Li works with independent travel suppliers worldwide.

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, bankruptcy, scheduling changes, weather events, labor strikes, mechanical failures, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Any claims regarding transportation, accommodations, or services provided by third-party suppliers must be directed to the appropriate supplier.

11. Itinerary Changes

Occasionally, hotels, transportation, activities, or schedules may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

When possible, comparable alternatives will be arranged.

Dream Travels With Li reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary for safety, operational, or logistical reasons.

12. Photography & Marketing

During hosted group trips, photographs and video may be taken.

By participating, you grant Dream Travels With Li permission to use photographs or video that may include your likeness for marketing, promotional materials, social media, and future trip advertising.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, please notify us in writing before your trip begins.

13. Limitation of Liability

Dream Travels With Li acts solely as a travel advisor and booking intermediary.

We are not liable for injury, illness, property damage, delays, missed connections, travel interruptions, weather events, acts of terrorism, political unrest, pandemics, supplier failures, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

By traveling, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume those risks.

14. Acceptance of These Terms

By submitting payment, booking a trip, or purchasing travel planning services through Dream Travels With Li, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
